| The Learning Center, our new children's ministry space, was specifically designed with preschool classes in mind. It features a large arts and learning room, a colorful indoor play space, a fun nursery and quiet room, an inviting reception area, an adjacent chapel, and full disabled accessibility. |
Teacher Karen Miller has 16 years experience as a lead teacher for Parkrose Co-op, Mt. Hood Community College, Our Savior Lutheran, and City of Portland Parks and Recreation Preschools. She brings great warmth, patience, and practical understanding of young children and their needs to our program. Karen has an associates degree in Early Childhood Education, a Bachelors Degree in History, and has done graduate study in Early Childhood Education at Mt. Hood Community College and Portland State University. | |
| Enrollment is still open for 3 and 4 year olds in our Tuesday and Thursday 9:00-11:30am morning classes, as well as 4 and 5 year olds in our Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning classes.
